Just received 18 roses and they arrived promptly. Packaged very securely and buds just commencing breaking open. Placed them in a cleaned vase (hot washed vase in vinegar water and allowed to cool, then thoroughly rinsed in clear water) Roses put in room temperature cold water. added preserver fluid *supplied with roses. 9 days now and all roses still in scented bloom and looking as fresh as day they arrived. 100% quality service and products.
