I sent my Mother what looked like a beautiful bouquet for her 91st Birthday. The flowers arrive with 2 Lilly stems with no buds or flowers on either. My Mother was disappointed, she tried calling Efloist herself, no reply. She was so disappointed.
I tried calling, the line was always busy, l also emailed them no reply.
I most certainly wanted a replacement or refund.
Definitely not recommended.
