Never having used e florist before I was disappointed with your delivery. Several times I had an email saying ‘not delivered’ and I was very concerned that the flowers in a flat pack would be out of water. I am waiting to hear fro my friend as to whether they’ve lasted. The free chocolates didn’t appear!
