The website and the promise is better than the delivery and the presentation.
Delivery 2/5 - I couldn't get a delivery time. Throughout the day I got notifications that the flowers left the depot at 10.30am and were going to be delivered today, which I appreciated at first, but started to worry when they still hadn't arrived by 4pm. They did eventually arrive toward the end of the day but it was too late for our team to present them to the colleague who was going on maternity leave.
Presentation 2/5 - the blue cardboard box with delivery stickers is not very glamorous. The wrap is about as high-quality as a petrol station's bouquet. And the flowers are cable-tied in place. The overall presentation simply lacked the premium feel of the website photos. Didn't meet expectations.
Flowers 3/5 - the bouquet looked good, but was smaller than I thought and they were not in water as I had expected (from the web pictures), which made me worry they won't be as fresh and vibrant after a few days.
