The flowers were due to arrive on my friend's birthday, a Sunday. They didn't arrive. I had an email the folliwing day, with no apology, saying they would be delivered on the Monday. They arrived late in the day & looked very droopy.
I have ordered from you in the past, & been very pleased with the flowers & service.
I will not be using you again.
