It was easy to order the flowers with a good variety of choice, the prices were very reasonable and they arrived on time. There was absolutely no need to return or ask for a refund so I cannot comment on that. The people I sent it to were delighted with the flowers, which were what they looked like in the picture, and the free box of chocolates were a lovely bonus. Thank you from a very happy customer.
