Ordered flowers for my friend to be deliverd at her work place. The flowers were delivered at 8.56pm!!!! Tracked the delivery throughout the day but changed last minute more than once. Went from 4.45pm to 5.15pm to unspecified to actually arrange at 9 in the evening. Ruined my surprise. What a waste of time and money this was!
