First set of flowers left in foyer and never delivered direct to flat. Address on box confusing. Not sure whose fault that was
Turned up three days later flowers wilted
A moist wrapping around flower stem base may have helped. A second bunch dispatched without charge. Flowers were very nice. Hence my rating
