My 1st experience didn't start well as my delivery was moved by the delivery courier. It then didn't deliver, lied about why then delivered it incomplete and wrecked. Once I convinced customer services it would not have been refused, the replacement was ordered and delivered, by a different courier. 5 days late but beautiful.
