Price was good, customer service was good. I had an issue with my original order, which the courier cancelled it, I didn’t see this for a couple of days so think the courier could make that clearer, but when I contacted customer service, they got back in touch straight away and followed it up. They then offered a refund or re delivery which I opted for. Apologised again for what had happened. Flowers were received and my friend was very happy with them.
