I ordered a bouquet a week in advance .10th November to be delivered 17th November
Giving plenty of time 5 whole working days .. 7 including the weekend. I received an email order confirmation including delivery date confirmation 17th November.
The day before the delivery date (16th November )I received an email saying the bouquet will be delivered on the 18th November! I immediately contacted customer service team!
Only to be told I had to allow 1-2 working days either side.
I had already done this at the time of order.
I think 5 working days is a sufficient time allowance if this is the case.
Very unsatisfactory response , very disappointing service.
