Flowers ordered on 12 November for a birthday delivery on 19 November to New Zealand did not arrive.
Having finally discovered that to query this with you I had to click on 'submit your ticket'(what does that even mean?)I eventually agreed a replacement with customer services several days ago.This has still not happened (by the night of 27 November in NZ) so I have now asked for an immediate refund.
This in no way compensates for the fact I missed my daughter-in law's birthday or the frustration of the countless messages to and from you and her confirming the non-delivery.
