I ordered flowers and paid for special delivery on 26th November to 27 Tiree Ave Ayr. The flowers arrived on Fri 1st Dec.
Really disappointed as these were birthday flowers
I expect some recompense for a delivery that was paid for but didn't arrive .
Very very disappointed.
Will think twice about using this service again .
