Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday costing almost
£60, when they arrived the delivery company just left them outside in the rain
they did not ring the door bell or knock.
The display did not in any way resemble the photograph on their website. Whilst I appreciate there have to be replacements due to time of year and availability the bouquet was well below standard and I could have had a better display from Tescos at a fraction of the price.
Have contacted the company numerous times and have had an email to apologise but no offer of compensation.
To add insult to injury they keep sending generic emails asking me to rate their service which I have done but obviously they do not read them as they keep sending them but have not responded to my comments.
wish I had never used them very disappointing product and equally disappointing service. Not recommended
