My sister did not receive her flowers as they were delivered to the wrong address. I did type one letter wrong on the post code but the house number, Rroad name and village were correct. As gesesture of goodwill eflorist could have sent a small bunch of flowers as a good will gesture to the correct address and I would be happy to use you again. Any good business should make a gesture to a future customer. I have dyslexia so can make these frustrating mistakes. Yours I Morris.
