I ordered a large bunch of roses & freesia as a pre-christmas thank you present for a relative. The flowers arrived and looked lovely, in bud as expected, however none of the roses opened (10 in total) and after 8 days they had to be thrown in the bin as they looked terrible. I contacted the customer services and was told there was nothing they could do as I hadn't reported it within 7 days of delivery. It was obvious from the photos I provided that the flowers were not in good condition and that the state of them hadn't happened overnight between day 7 and 8. Despite this, my complaint was never followed up and I feel like the flowers were a complete waste of money.
