I chose EFlorist to send flowers to a sick relative because there was a lovely looking bunch in their favourite colours and you had fairly swift delivery. The flowers arrived on time, well protected, and they loved the selection. However three flowers were broken or withered (not just droopy) and attempts to contact your customer service involved my relative spending an hour trying to get through a chatbot to a contact form, then three emails from you asking for photos that had been sent the first time. At which point she gave up. No resolution as you are presumably waiting for the photos you already have. The bunch was just what we wanted but the stress to them of dealing with your response to an issue was really not what I had in mind. I can't add the photos below as I don't want to bother her further to send them to me. So the score breaks down to 5 for choice, ease of ordering and delivery, 2 for quality and 0 for customer service. I won't be ordering again.
