Completely wrong flower’s arrived to the door? I was so confused as well as my girlfriend because they weren’t even colour matched to what they should have been (Even tho they stated on the website they would do this even certain flowers where not in stock? The flowers where not even price matched as you can see from pictures it looks like all the left overs at the end of the day where thrown together and wrapped… I’m so disappointed as this was my first time ordering from Eflorist. Not happy with what I received whatsoever so I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Still waiting to hear back from customer service but by the sound of the reviews I will be waiting some time. Also this is another company that dosnt have a phone number to call customer care, the only way to contact customer care is texting a robot, which really isn’t customer care if I’m honest. Overall it’s been a terrible experience.
