Would give zero stars if that was an option. Ordered a large bunch of flowers for my Auntie as my uncle had recently died. Had a delivery notification and thought all was well. More than two weeks later we receive a message from my auntie saying the flowers were found in an out of the way place and they were dead. So not delivered to the door, left in a safe place or with a neighbour as they say they will do. Customer service won’t help because it’s outside their 7 day window, despite not knowing about the poor delivery until the flowers were found dead some time after. Very distressing for my family in such an awful time.
Eflorist, you should be ashamed of yourself for such poor service and a complete unwillingness to help once the problem was brought to your attention. Will never use your company again, and from the look of most of your reviews, I’m not the only one.
