i ordered some tulips for my daughters birthday but when they arrived they were not wrapped in paper but at the oppposite end and very droopy.
I complained and had a reply and because we had revived the tulips they said they look okay and will last a minimum of 7 days, watch this space.
When delivered no knock on door just left and i received a message saying they were delivered but as i was at work had to get daughter to check so don't know how long they had been outside.
I am totally disappointed and will not be recommending these to anyone in the future.
