Patterson & Rothwell started using EFS in 2014 after we carried out a review of our shipping requirements. EFS support Patterson & Rothwell on both our Pallet Track consignments and also our major roofing customer doing daily runs. EFS supply the full package for our business, be that from the service of the drivers of when they come to our site and the feedback from our customers. We have full support from Anthony, Andrea & Jack in the Traffic office who pull things out of the hat when needed. We receive full Electronic Proof of Deliveries via their web based dashboard which was one of our focus due to our customers requirements. We always give EFS 1st call on our shipping requirements. Going into 2019 we will continue to grow and offer more work to EFS as they also. Martyn is always happy to help us with new work proposals and the whole team adapt to our needs.
