I bought 300+ Euro item from them. Ten days after it was supposedly picked up by the courier I got the message, "Due to unforseen circumstances there is a delay in your shipment. We will update here once we have news". The next day I got the message, "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible." That same message continued for 19 days and then all messages stopped. I made an email enquiry when I received the first delay message and several email enquiries after that. The most they would tell me was that "our logistics department is looking into it". The last two or three mails where I asked them to either give me the contact of the courier or tell me after how long they would either replace or refund my item have received no reply. It has been three months. I strongly suspect fraud. Don't buy from this company. You may or may not get your item. If you don't get it that's too bad. Your money is gone.
