I paid for an iPad which I saw had turned up at the Reading DPD depot. When I tried to get it delivered (and eventually drove there to find a human to talk to) they told me it had gone missing. I reported this to eGlobal and they told me (by email) to speak to DPD. I explained (again) that I had but they simply said they would look into it. Nothing from them for 2 weeks now. Terrible customer service. I have raised it as an issue with PayPal but have not had much more joy there either!
