We ordered a Nintendo Switch from this retailer on 17th September 2018 and paid £244.00 for it through PayPal. It was promised in 4-6 working days. Today's date as I write this is 13th October 2018. We still do not have it. The so-called 'tracking' number appears quite fake. It doesn't present any geo-physical location of where your order is actually at. Every 24 hours it updates and you will see some random message like, "Shipment further connected." or "In transit", just vague messages you access with your provided tracking number on their website. Worryingly, the company does not respond to any communication despite repeated attempts. We've tried every day for the last two weeks. It seems they are based in Hong Kong, but maybe a very small outfit. From reading other's experiences here, it seems very touch and go if you get your item or not. We will never buy from a company in Hong Kong again after this experience. Raised a dispute in PayPal to try and get our money back. Good luck if you want to try them.
