Ordered a Fujifilm camera online through their website. Arrived on time but quality of camera seemed poor (eg average phone camera makes better photos)
After about 2 months the camera stopped working altogether. Contacted the company who were unwilling to assist. After many emails back and forth they offered to inspect the faulty claim but only if I paid them 50AUD and posted the item to Hong Kong. I asked them about warranty but they said there is none.
