My order could not be cancelled once it had been picked. I ordered at the beginning of November. Two smart phones as Xmas presents for my children. They were picked on 15 Nov and haven't yet left Hong Kong. It's now 6 Dec. I've tried to contact the shipping agents who tell me they don't know where the phones are or when they'll be delivered. I tried to contact EGlobal to cancel the order and they told me I could now only use the 14 day returns policy. I pointed out that I can't return what I don't have. They said I could cancel the order and they'd deduct shipping fees, but when I asked how much that would be they didn't answer the email. So I can cancel the order but I have no idea how much they will deduct - so obviously I don't want to do that as they could charge whatever they want for the shipping fees. There is an irony here that if they would get round to shipping the phones I wouldn't need to cancel. Their terms and conditions state that time is not of the essence for delivery so there is literally no deadline for delivery they could deliver them in June and not be in breach of their terms so I have no phones and nowhere to go legally speaking. They are now just ignoring every email I send. Please let my tale be a cautionary tale to anyone thinking of buying from EGlobal. Don't do it. Pay the extra 40 quid to Amazon and avoid being scammed. Interestingly the website still says these phones will be with you within 5-7 working days of being ordered. This is just completely misleading and untruthful. EGlobal are well aware that the product has no hope of arriving in that timescale
