8 month old Mi 9 broke; 7 weeks & counting for repair
Bought Mi 9. Stopped working completely overnight after 8 months. Returned to eglobalcentral under their warranty process almost 7 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Customer service has acknowledged receipt, repair and return of the phone but the DPD tracking number only says a request for delivery has been booked. The parcel has not entered DPD's system and it has been like this for 2 weeks. Eglobalcentral won't act on this. All the while eglobalcentral don't provide a loan phone. Will not buy from eglobalcentral ever again.
