I would 100 percent not be purchasing anything from EglobalCentral. First of all, customer service is extremely poor. Customer service by phone takes a lot of time in waiting times and contacting through email is extremely time-consuming. They will only reply once a day and are not active on weekends. TERRIBLE!
Additionally, the warranty process is something absolutely dogsh**! I have an ongoing process regarding my Nokia 7.1 phone where there is a problem with the charging port. I first contacted them in FEBRUARY and unfortunately, the process is still ongoing. You have to pay for the delivery to their repair centre which is in Hongkong. This cost me an unnecessary $40 AUD. After waiting months for my phone, not knowing what they were doing. I just got a message two days back that they were unable to fix my phone (was an easy fix). They sent me an option of waiting longer or getting a REFURBISHED (not new) Nokia 8. I asked to have my money refunded, but they said that wasn't possible. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC. I only had one option which was to get the Nokia 8, (a phone only of 5.3" compared to my 5.8" Nokia 7.1.
I AM DOING YOURSELF A FAVOR!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY OF THEIR BRANCHES!
*I am said to wait another couple weeks for the refurbished phone to be delivered!
