I ordered and paid for a phone on April 18 seeing that they offered 6 to 8 days delivery. we are now 19 days into the process and I have had tracking details from the for 7 days which are just platitudes. No note of who the carriers are. Have now sent 5 emails requesting information but had no replies. Having read the reviews I am now not surprised. I'm not angry - I'm fuming!!
I really don't know what to expect but I think the answer will be NOT MUCH. I am going to contact Amex about this.
