I ordered from eglobal at the beginning of May. Paid 480€ visa without insurance shipping for a One Plus 7T phone. I received confirmation of my purchase and was told it would take 2-3 days before I received a tracking number.
I got curious and searched for reviews and came across this page with hundreds of bad bad reviews and I panicked!!
Rather than keep stressing I emailed them for some reassurance and I got no reply.
3days later I got a tracking number and every 24hrs it was updated "in transit" etc. This happened for 8 days where I got a DPD tracking number saying it was in Holland. 4 days after that I received my phone in perfect order.
I think people are freaking out because OBVIOUSLY Covod 19 has shut most things down and for this company to ship to Europe (Ireland in my case) it's going to take longer!
Having a poor customer service and dodgy websight is a price we pay for cheap goods from them!
My advice would be chill out, expect it to take a month, and purchase away! I'm glad I did and it's my first time buying anything from them. Cheapest version of this phone by a long way and it's perfect!
Stop complaining everybody 😅
I deductded a star for the no reply and delay but I'll be purchasing from them again in the future.
