I ordered my a Samsung S20 on the 10th of April. I didn't receive any word on it's whereabouts until the 28th of April when I was told it was dispatched. On the 7th of May I was informed there was a processing delay and my item wasn't shipped. Everyday since then, I have read the same update on the tracking system - "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible.". The risk of ordering from eGlobal is not worth the discount. So disappointed. Opening a claim with PayPal today. :(
