What most of the other comments mention is true. If you order from this site, you need to be patient and wait for a looooot of time before receiving your order, even if it says that it will be delivered in 6-8 days. It seems that they show their products being in stock when they actually are not and that is why the orders get delayed. Customer service is unacceptable. They do not reply in a few hours as it is mentioned in their chat widget and if they do, they provide a generic response with a tracking link and no other info. Many people suspect that they send false links to make the customer think that the order has been dispatched and gain some time before actually receiving the item and then send it. Your best bet is to send an email to the mailing company with the tracking number, so that they raise an investigation and add some pressure to the retailer. As for my case, I still haven't received the item that I ordered on 11th of September that was supposed to be delivered in 6-8 days. I just got older waiting.
