I submitted a withdrawal request on 13/08/2024 but have not yet received my funds. Eightcap provided me with a transaction confirmation from their bank, but my bank is unable to locate the transfer. After discussing the matter with my account manager, he assured me that he would check the status of the transfer with their payment provider.
This is the second time in two months that this has happened. In June, when I encountered a similar issue, an intermediary bank placed a hold on the transfer. However, my account manager was very helpful and promptly resolved the issue, and I received the funds within three days. This time, however, I have decided to close my account for many reasons, and now Eightcap has stopped responding to my emails for the past two weeks. My account manager, who has always been very helpful, promised to check with their bank and provide an update this week but is also not responding to my follow-up messages sent. Thankfully, I came across some reassuring testimonials about seekrail.cOM,, which ultimately helped me recover my investment.
