Worst customer service I ever experienced. Beware ordering from this company unless you are prepared to take the risk that Royal Mail doesn’t hand you your package and leaves in an unsafe place and it gets stolen. Which is not the fault of the customer! I paid for the parcel to be tracked. EIMASS company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they obviously don’t care about losing a customer because they refused to believe me and as a consequence I have lost money had to spend out buying some more jewels elsewhere and been caused upset and distress. I was hoping they would dispute this with the Royal Mail and get them to prove it was handed to me (I was at work so they definitely didn’t!).. No surprise I won’t be ordering from them again and will not reccommending them to anyone. Shame because their products are good and I have had to find alternative sellers/providers. I really wanted to support them but I will stick to Amazon because at least I have some protection! My advice to EIMASS is don’t use Royal Mail, use a courier firm that at least can provide evidence the parcel was handed to someone and treat your costumers better when they are the victim!
