My experience with Eir has been absolutely horrendous. I signed a contract for €55.98 per month, but within two months, my bills started skyrocketing without any valid explanation. Here’s a snapshot of the blatant rip-off: • Sep 2023: €55.98 • Oct 2023: €55.98 • Nov 2023: €75.98 • Dec 2023: €75.98 • Jan 2024: €76.21 • Feb 2024: €94.43 • Apr 2024: €94.43 • May 2024: €83.23 • Jun 2024: €101.88 • Jul 2024: €101.43 I contacted their customer service team eight times, and each interaction was more infuriating than the last. Some representatives blatantly lied to my face, others made empty promises, and a few acknowledged the issue but couldn’t care less about resolving it. Each month, I was assured that the overcharging would stop, yet the bills only grew more outrageous. This is my second and definitely my last contract with these scammers. Eir’s service is a complete and utter disgrace. They are incompetent, dishonest, and downright fraudulent. I strongly advise anyone considering Eir to run in the opposite direction. This company doesn’t deserve your money or your trust. Avoid Eir at all costs if you value your sanity and your wallet.
