It is a terrible company in general. I was convinced to switch to eir for both mobile and broadband and have had nothing but a terrible experience since then. I keep getting charged extra for no reason and I cant do anything about it. This company will do the bare minimum and overall services are terrible compared to the competition. Locks you in with a contract and you can't leave without paying the full amount. Customer support is also terrible. They have no information on anything that is happening and just follow a script with the utmost basic issues. Stay away from this company if possible. I thought Vodafone was bad but after experiencing Eir, I am almost embarrassed for switching to this company. Vodafone was at least helpful when it came to issues (The very few issues that do occur compared to Eir) Do your research, there is a reason this company has horrible reviews!
