They are not at all known for their customer services. Save all packaging and products emails and receipts. If you are missing any of these, you will not be able to get your money back. SHOP LOCAL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!! I am not able to get my refund as I dependeded on their website to find the appropriate pod for my device.
