Ordered 5 packs of Smok coils on Black Friday and a week later the package arrived only to have the wrong coils sent. I have sent numerous emails to finally have a response of please send pictures of product and packing slip which I have done that only to have NO response at all. I am stuck with 5 packs of coils that I have no use for unless a buy a different tank. I have purchased juice from Ejuice Vapor and understand the turn around time but being a small business owner customer service is my top priority because with customers my business would be non existent it seems to me that it takes a very short time to open an email and respond so the great customer service you claim in your web site has been non existent up to this point.
