First time reviewing a company but this company is all around terrible and I hope by writing this it saves someone the headache and a couple of bucks. I ordered $120 worth of ejuice from this company which was 10 bottles. I prefer to buy in bulk as I only vape one flavor at a time. They took their time to ship the juice, ordered Monday and didn’t ship until Friday, which isn’t a big deal as I order juice before I need it in case something like this happens. So I finally get the juice the next Friday and I’m at the bottom of my last bottle so it came just in time. When I open up the package I quickly realize that they sent the wrong juice, so I end up with 10 bottles of juice I didn’t order. Ok I’m little irritated because I’m at the bottom of my bottle but I have some other juice that I don’t prefer but it will do until I get the juice they sent back to them. So I attempt to contact them
multiple times so I can send the juice back and get my order. Not at any time did they respond to any of my calls or emails. So I’m out some cash, have 10 bottles of juice I don’t think anyone would vape. I did learn to never order from this company, there are hundreds of vape company’s that ship and I would recommend any of them over this one. This all happened prior to covid-19 but I wanted to give the company time to make things right. So save your time and money and buy from any other company.
