I have been looking for a stethoscope for a long time now and didn’t want to jump into a huge purchase until I was sure it met all my requirements. I had placed my eko stethoscope on the cart and it remained there for a couple of weeks. I’ve read all the reviews on the website and all the other articles I could find on the device. Within a day or two of my eko stethoscope on the cart, I received a call from a sales rep asking me if I had any questions or concerns. She immediately made me feel comfortable after providing my reasons above. I was not pressured rather comforted by the fact that the company is so sure of its product that it has a 30d return policy. I’ve not heard of that in any DME or medical equipment company.
