I upgraded my gen1 Eko to the newest version for the improved Bluetooth capability. It has been a huge help during the CoVID19 epidemic. Though the website doesn’t claim the ability to connect to hearing aids, I’ve found that if I connect Eko to my iPhone and then, subsequently, connect my hearing aids, the sound will come through them. Typically I can turn the Eko off and on afterwards and it will reconnect each time, although occasionally I have to repeat the initial connection steps. Either way, it has helped me avoid touching my face when seeing CoVID19 pts. Sound quality and noise cancellation is great. Desperately needed tool for those w/ hearing impairment during this crisis. -John, PA-C
