Excellent quality bands! I always measure my bands with a luggage scale, and the actual resistance of the bands is consistently about ten percent higher than the official numbers (when stretched to twice their lengths), a testament to the quality (and honesty) of the manufacturer. The only thing I think could improve is that I would prefer a carabiner to be attached to each band, rather than just having a loop on the bands and the carabiner on the handle. I often want to attach the bands to other things than just the handles (barbells, the wall, etc), or simply make loops of the bands, and carabiners attached to the bands would make this a lot easier.
