Been training at home with resistance bands for the past couple of years and these bands are outstanding. I love that the bands are enclosed and I feel much more comfortable pushing that little bit extra without worrying they are going to snap and do me an injury. Great tension throughout the range of motion. Brilliant piece of kit.
