I ordered two sun beds through La Tienda En Casa which is part of ElCorte Ingles on 27 January 2024. The goods were never delivered!
I tried to contact them over the next month via online chat and email to ask for a refund. The online chat is a complete waste of time, they do not respond. I did eventually get a reply to an email but this stated that they couldn’t find my order and I heard nothing more.
In the end my bank agreed to take up this matter on my behalf and they credited my account in full.
