He comprado una prenda online y me han enviado TRES veces mal la talla. Siempre la misma. Cuando hice la compra tenía además un vale descuento y ahora me dicen que si quiero devolverlo pierdo el vale cuando han sido ellos los que se han confundido. La prenda en cuestión es de invierno y cada vez que me han hecho un cambio han tardado 15 días en enviarlo. FATAL la experiencia.
