This place treats people like royalty when you walk in the store but if you need to discuss factory damage with them even under one year warranty they will treat you like garbage. ROSAURA IS EXTREMELY RUDE, please do not see Rosaura when you walk into this store. I would suggest you stay away from El Dorado, Rosaura has 0 manners, 0 professionalism, I asked for damage protection and she did not include it, after claiming factory damage on my dresser (still under their warranty), she stated I did not request it and my claim is denied. She said, imagínate, no me lo pediste! Y eso cuesta caro no es free! 0 manners, professionalism and manners. Please stay away from This lady, her manager yamelis does nothing, went through their “corporate” office and Rita still denied my claim , she said damage was caused by accident, meaning in other words... I broke it. She even said Rosaura is very experienced, Rosaura is very rude!! That is the reality, stay away from this scammers. Please shop at Rooms to go, they treat people with respect!
