We bought a recliner set, loveseat and sofa late Sept, delivered mid Oct. The recliner part of loveseat broke late Dec. We went through portal sent pictures sent details. Since then 2 weeks later received email from Lorenna Naveda , store operations , requesting pictures again. Sent those on 1/14, they were acknowledged, someone would call us to schedule repair appointment. Still waiting, called the store, they promise to call you back, no one ever does. My advise , don't buy anything here, if something goes wrong, you will not hear from them!
