I ordered back in June. The furnitures were in back order. I called today to st Petersburg to schedule my delivery since on Aug I was told my furnatures are ready for delivery.
A customer service representative called Carmen claimed not able to resolve the apparent issue. She is new a no other manager or representative at st Petersburg store was available.
This is not acceptable.
My sale representative was Lance.
