Absolutely amazing!!! Purchased the Alcatraz combo package as a gift for my mom. She was very excited about the tour (especially Lombard street), but was quite nervous. Our guide, Melanie, was incredible!!! She made my mom feel comfortable and confident and made us laugh the entire time! My mom hasn’t stopped smiling and telling everyone about the wonderful, bucket list experience she had!!
