We purchased a fridge freezer from this company in November 2023. We were then away for 5 months, so did not start using it until April 2024. The centre shelf on the door cracked for no apparent reason 2 weeks ago. I contacted the so called customer service department who informed me that it was ‘fair wear and tear’ - after only 4 months use!!!! They refused to replace it and when I asked how much a replacement shel would be I was told that there are none available and they do not know when any will be. What a joke! Poor quality, poor service - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!!!
